INFORMATION & POLICIES
Terms of Use
These terms explain the limited, informational service Fighting My Case currently provides and the responsibilities of people who use it.
General information, not legal advice or services
Fighting My Case provides general immigration information and preparation support. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, represent you, sign filings, appear in proceedings, or guarantee an outcome. Use of the service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer or DOJ-accredited representative.
No professional relationship or case assessment
Using the assistant does not create an attorney-client, representative-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. The assistant does not review your complete record, determine eligibility, choose a legal strategy, prepare or file forms for you, communicate with an agency on your behalf, or represent you in any matter. Do not describe a response as legal advice from a lawyer.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking information against current official sources, notices, form instructions, filing locations, fees, and deadlines before acting. Immigration rules and procedures change, and AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong.
Do not rely on the service for an emergency, detention matter, imminent hearing, expiring status, appeal deadline, or any situation where delay could harm your rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful requests;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent evidence or facts;
- interfere with security, rate limits, or service operation;
- scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or overload the service without written authorization; or
- use generated content as if it were approved by a lawyer or government agency.
Current product and future features
The service is a standalone chatbot. No sign-in is required. Uploads and saving are optional rather than requirements to ask a question. Unsaved chats disappear on refresh. Supported Node installations offer optional encrypted browser-vault snapshots and case notes, with resume, export and delete controls. Saving does not create an account, a legal representation relationship or a legally sufficient filing. The service does not accept payments or subscriptions. Do not send payment information to the chat.
Availability and rate limits
The service may limit requests, change features, suspend abusive sessions, or become temporarily unavailable. No uninterrupted availability or particular response time is promised.

Links are provided for convenience and verification. Fighting My Case does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or terms.
Availability and limits of responsibility
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fighting My Case does not promise uninterrupted availability or that responses are accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. These terms do not guarantee immunity from legal claims or government action. The public-facing business name is Fighting My Case. Appropriate contact details, any required legal-entity details, and location-specific terms should be published before paid public use.
